Delivery

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary. Immediate dispatch items typically take 3-5 working days, while made-to-order items can take 3-4 weeks. Note that stitched items may have additional delays.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, on selected items. Next day delivery costs and exclusions are detailed at checkout.

Are there any locations you do not deliver to?

We deliver to all UK mainland locations, but we can't deliver to off-shore Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or locations outside the UK.

Can I track my delivery?

Currently, we do not provide tracking information.

What if I miss a delivery?

The courier will leave a card with details to rearrange delivery at no extra cost.

We offer returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued as credit vouchers, except for damaged/incorrect items, where the original payment method is refunded.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Sale items and altered dresses are non-returnable. All returns are subject to our quality check against damage.

Report faults within 24 hours of receipt. Items dispatched back after 24 hours will only receive a credit note.
